Our Mission

At Covenant Baptist Church, we believe children are one of God’s greatest blessings. We know how deeply you love your little ones, and it’s our joy to come alongside you as you raise them in the Lord. Our Preschool Ministry exists to partner with your family—helping your child begin to see the world through the truth of God’s Word and experience the love of Jesus in a real and personal way.

 

From birth through kindergarten, we want your children to feel safe, cared for, and deeply loved. Our goal is not only to provide a secure and nurturing environment, but also to plant seeds of faith that will grow into a lifelong relationship with Christ. Every song we sing, every story we share, and every hug we give is rooted in our desire to point them to Jesus.

 

It is an honor to walk with you in this season of your child’s life. Together, we can help build a strong spiritual foundation—one that is grounded in the gospel and centered on the glory of God.

New to Our Church?

We can’t wait to welcome you! From the moment you arrive, friendly greeters will be ready to answer your questions and guide you to our Children’s Welcome Center. There, we’ll help you find the perfect class for your child.

 

Your child will meet caring, Christ-centered teachers ready to lead them through the pages of God’s Word using age-appropriate lessons that bring Scripture to life. Every class is designed to nurture faith, spark curiosity, and show kids that following Jesus is the greatest adventure of all!

 

Sunday School and Children’s Church – Where Faith Takes Root

Sunday mornings are an exciting opportunity for kids to dive deep into the Bible in a way they can understand and apply. We know these years are crucial—many children meet Jesus personally during this stage of life. That’s why we partner with you to offer a meaningful, Scripture-rich experience in a warm atmosphere where every child feels loved, valued, and accepted.

 

Sunday School – Sundays, 9:00 a.m.

  • Newborn to 3 year olds: Room 205
  • 4 year olds to Kindergarten: Room 208

Children’s Church – Sundays, 10:30 a.m.

5 year olds to 2nd grade – Meets in room 211.

Note: Children will attend service with their parents for the beginning of our worship service and will be dismissed prior to the time for tithes and offerings.

 

AWANA Clubs – Wednesday nights, 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

  • Cubbies is for 3-5 year olds in room 208.
  • Sparks is for K-2nd graders in room 211.
  • T&T is for 3rd-6th graders in room 214.
